Returns and Exchange

We only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and us. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.

IMPORTANT: Refunds will not be given if the security tag has been removed.

We require all items to be posted to our return address via recorded delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly. Please contact us if you are returning your order.
We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
